EPILOGUE
I started
this story as one person, a dangerously premature, two pound baby not expected
to live through my first week. Yet, I
had the good fortune to survive, and to live much of my life with a devoted
wife.
As we have learned from writing this book, each generation strongly affects the lives of their descendents. We have been fortunate to have had, for the most part, a strong cohesive family. It is our hope that this heritage will be passed on to future generations.
Family Reunion on Blake's Prairie is dedicated to our family; with thanks to those who have gone before, with hope for those who follow.
